A series of CDs has been recorded in the Wudang Mountains, in the qi field declared exceptional by Dr Pang, the creator of Zhineng Qigong. The Harmonious Big Family, together with the Zhineng Qigong Trust (New Zealand) are producing the CDs to support people in their practice and to help people improve their levels of health, wellbeing and spiritual harmony. Birds and insects abound on the more secluded Wudang slopes, and feature as a background to most of the recordings.
Although the CDs are created for Zhineng Qigong practitioners, they can also be of great value to those unfamiliar with qigong.
